What is the ticket issuing fee?

For every ticket bought online we charge a ticket issuing fee of 1,00 €. It is shown as a separate line in the cart and at checkout.

The fee covers part of the costs of selling online: payment processing, issuing the ticket with a QR code, sending it by e-mail and the ticket check system at the entrance.

The fee is non-refundable, except when an event is cancelled, in which case we refund the full amount.
